COLD , COLD EVERYWHERE

Standing afar off one could see white everywhere.  The whiteness beautifies the environment .At  night when one peeps through the window he would see that the beauty in whiteness. The brightness of the snow  overshadowed the electric light that beamed over the areas. ''God is great, as the white snow brought brightness and  beauty to all areas'', Stephen said  .But the other aspect of the snow is the cold    The whole streets were full with snow, Rooftops , cars, fields, infact anything outside was caked with snow. Not only these materials but  the dead felt it too as the tombs seen not  afar off from the road were  all covered with snow. Trees were caked with snowflakes. Vehicles parked outside and  on the roads were .. with snowflakes .On the road everybody was  careful in driving because the roads are slippery not thanks to the snow..
It is not one would see many in their winter coats of different types from wool , furs to leather .No matter how strong and courageous you are when the weather is in minu zero one would not be told to wear thick and winter clothes meant for the period,
However not all the states in America is cold , like Texas who enjoyed their weather like Nigeria's weather. But places like Boston, Missouri and other places are very cold .
Aske how Peter felt on his first time to visit , he said '' When I left New York and got to Indianapolis, the weather was terrible , it was blowing heavy cold  winds.I wore only light jacket and the passengers were all looking at me , when i tried to explain that I was not aware of the cold they all felt sorry for me but when we went back into the vehicle i did'nt feel it like before until we came down to rest   when i faced the cold again and that was last year March.
For Cherry who was bron in Missouri , the weather is just a normal one, '' we are always prepared for the weather and we have been used to it . It is only spring period that it becomes better again and when it goes hot again you will not believe it is the same state that was cold before.
Alex who has been here for the past four years said '' the Missouri weather  can never be predicted , you see it can be cold in the morning and be very hot the next two hours and be cold again in the evening so we all know how it is , an unpredictable weather .

But how do they protect themselves from these weathers?Jackson said '' apart from wearing strong clothes that can keep us warm we have warmer or heater at home , and the moment we switch it on the whole house becomes warm  if not we will die from hypothermia and the body becomes cold , one would have pneumonia and it is always difficult to treat.
At home some have  charcoals and  firewood which are burnt to produce heat. here we have charcoals and firewood , that is why we have market for them during the winter period and the sales go higher. That does not mean one is poor when one uses firewood .the firewood makes you warm quicker and faster .
Micaheal said '' My wife makes me warm when it is cold , that warm does not go beyond our physical body. In some  parts  of the world where the weather is alwys cold they have been used to it .
